A fashion designer creates unique clothing and outfits for a range of clients. Independent designers often will create custom dresses or costumes for theater, film, or video shoots. This category also includes freelance makeup artists, hair stylist, costume designers and even seamstress. Some freelancers charge per project, some per hour worked. Make sure you have defined the requirements for your project and both of you have an understanding in writing of what is expected.
